Tyler Posey is getting closer to becoming his true self. The Teen Wolf actor recently discussed his sexuality and how his girlfriend, singer Phem, has been his biggest supporter since they started dating in February. He told Gay Star News: "I think I'm finally able to accept myself and who I am. I've found peace with myself."
Posey added that he feels lucky to have found someone who accepts him for who he is.
"I just feel like I won the lottery," he said. "Finding someone who loves you for who you are sounds easy, but it's not. Most people can't handle my lifestyle or what I do for a living. But she doesn't care; all she wants me to do is be happy."
He continued: "She's the most beautiful woman I've ever seen, inside and out. She makes me laugh every single day and I know we're meant to be together."
Posey began dating musician Phem after meeting her through a friend. The two had never spoken before they started hanging out together and soon realized they were both attracted to each other. They decided to start seeing each other instead of wasting time on one-night stands or meaningless relationships.

Posey came out in 2011 after being diagnosed with celiac disease. The illness prevented him from eating gluten for several months before it was discovered by doctors. After coming out, Posey began receiving support from all angles - from friends to fans to family members. He even received an outpouring of love from other people who were going through similar things in their own lives.

Tyler Posey Dumped Seana Gorlick: Why Did He End a 10-Year Relationship? As much as Tyler adores Seana, he opted to break off their engagement in order to focus on himself and his acting career, which is exploding! " Tyler believes that his career is nearing the pinnacle. So, he's making sure that he focuses on himself first by ending this relationship", explained an insider.
After meeting while filming Oggy Poppets, Seana became one of Tyler's best friends. They shared the same apartment building in Sherman Oaks, California and often spent time together after work. It seems like they both had an amazing time working on the movie and having fun with other cast members. In fact, Tyler even called Seana his girlfriend before she came out as gay.
When asked about their future together, Tyler replied "We have a great time when we're together. I think everyone can tell that we love each other and care about each other's feelings. So, I don't want to say anything bad about anyone, but I think Seana wants to go out with other people now. She said she didn't want to talk about it anymore".
He also added that they will remain good friends.
Seana agreed saying that they will always be good friends and that there's no bad blood between them.
Despite Tyler's denial of his "homophobia," he has been romantically associated with actor-singer Jaden Smith since 2018. When performing at the Flog Gnaw Carnival festival in Los Angeles in 2018, Jaden had no qualms with revealing Tyler as his love partner. The two have also been photographed together in public.
In 2014, Tyler was accused by several people on Twitter of being gay after photos of him kissing a man appeared online. He always denied these allegations and called them ridiculous. In 2017, however, it was revealed that he had purchased a house near Hollywood Hills with another man who was later identified as Oliver Hudson.
Tyler also has a history of making homophobic remarks. In 2012, when asked by MTV News if he was gay, Tyler said, "No, I'm not gay. I don't like men or anything like that. I just think gays are funny."
In 2013, while speaking with Rolling Stone about his second mixtape, Tyler stated that he didn't want to date anyone at the moment because he didn't want to get tied down. He also mentioned Rod Stewart as one of his influences, saying that he finds him attractive as a boyfriend/husband material.
His latest album, 'Trollywood', was released in 2016. It received generally positive reviews from critics.
